LEAGUE REGISTRATION

Sheets for next season are available for collection in the box on the table outside the office.

Would managers please discuss with their existing team members and advise Helen whether they will be entering a team next season.

Forms need to be returned prior to the end of the end of April to allow Helen to set up the leagues.

There is a list on the noticeboard opposite the Stewards desk which indicates spaces where new teams can be accepted.

OLD 5 POUND NOTES

These are being withdrawn and will not be legal tender from 5th May 2017. The Club will therefore continue accepting these for the rest of the season, until it closes on 28th April 2017. We will not be in a position to accept any, when the summer season commences on May 2nd

NEW 12 SIDED 1 POUND COIN

These will be in circulation towards the end of March and the old round coin will cease to be legal tender by October 2017. The Club will therefore not be a position to accept these, when the winter season 2017/18 commences on Monday 25th September 2017.

NATIONAL & COUNTY COMPETITIONS

Competition forms are available on the table opposite the Stewards desk. Please complete these in due time so that they can be submitted to the National & County Associations.

Please make cheques payable to Mote Park IBC Limited and submit a separate cheque for National & County entries.

Congratulations to players in the Ladies and Men's Representative Team squads who have got through to the latter stages.

FRIENDLY MATCHES

We need more people to try and support the Friendly matches for the rest of this season. Please help the captains by putting your name down for matches.

SUMMER LEAGUE REGISTRATION

For those of who have not submitted your summer league registration forms, please submit them now as Helen urgently requires them in order to prepare the summer league schedule.

There are slots available for additional teams so please discuss any requirements you may have with Helen.

The summer season will soon be on us so please assist Helen and get your forms submitted.
