LEAGUE REGISTRATION
Sheets for next season are
available for collection in the box on the table outside the office.
Would managers please
discuss with their existing team members and advise Helen whether they will
be entering a team next season.
Forms need to be returned
prior to the end of the end of April to allow Helen to set up the leagues.
There is a list on the
noticeboard opposite the Stewards desk which indicates spaces where new
teams can be accepted.
OLD
5 POUND NOTES
These are being withdrawn
and will not be legal tender from 5th May 2017. The Club will therefore
continue accepting these for the rest of the season, until it closes on
28th April 2017. We will not be in a position to accept any, when the
summer season commences on May 2nd

NEW 12 SIDED 1 POUND COIN
These will be in
circulation towards the end of March and the old round coin will cease to
be legal tender by October 2017. The Club will therefore not be a position
to accept these, when the winter season 2017/18 commences on Monday 25th
September 2017.
NATIONAL
& COUNTY COMPETITIONS
Competition forms are
available on the table opposite the Stewards desk. Please complete these in
due time so that they can be submitted to the National & County
Associations.
Please make cheques
payable to Mote Park IBC Limited and submit a separate cheque for National
& County entries.
Congratulations to players
in the Ladies and Men's Representative Team squads who have got through to
the latter stages.

FRIENDLY MATCHES
We need more people to try
and support the Friendly matches for the rest of this season. Please help
the captains by putting your name down for matches.
SUMMER LEAGUE REGISTRATION
For those of who have not
submitted your summer league registration forms, please submit them now as
Helen urgently requires them in order to prepare the summer league
schedule.
There are slots available
for additional teams so please discuss any requirements you may have with
Helen.
The
summer season will soon be on us so please assist Helen and get your forms
submitted.
